Good Purchase!

I am very happy with this purchase, it is the first time a have ordered a KitchenAid product. Although Amazon had written it was a 7 speed and in another location said it was a 5 speed, the seller (not Amazon) called to let me know it was a 5 speed and if I still wanted it. I thought that was very considerate of the seller. It did not matter to me if it was a 5 speed or 7 speed. Either works better then what I've been used to buying! It is very quiet and and came with a dough hooks and a liquid blender rod. Refurbs are the way to go...it saves me money and they work very well. Also...I've purchased many things from Amazon and when they are the seller they package their items extremely well!

This hand mixer was a good buy, the fact that it's reconditioned made it a good deal.
